Australasian Evaluation Society: Pathways to advance professionalization

Greet Peersman and Patricia Rogers from BetterEvaluation were contracted by the Australasian Evaluation Society to explore options "to strengthen the capacity and professionalism of the evaluation sector". The report identifies four pathways to professionalization that are situated on a continuum of intervention and structure: stay the course; focused, connected and strategic activities; voluntary credentialing of evaluators; and regulated and licensed profession.
